Processing time: 5-7 business days (not including weekends) for a regular order (before shipping).

Local shipping: 3-5 day shipping once scanned in by PostNL. 

International shipping: 3-5 day shipping once scanned by PostNL

 

Preorders

Preorders ships after regular order (ships after 7-12 business day). Preorders ship the next following week!!!! Preorders are to guarantee you have a chance to get your hands on the items if they sell out quickly.

• Please be patient when ordering preorder. 
• When ordering preorder make sure the address is correct and you are not moving since preorders take longer to arrive.

 

Missing package

If your package goes missing by PostNL, please contact  PostNL to see if the problem can be resolved if not I’ll give a partial refund - not including shipping.

 

Wrong address

The customer is responsible for adding the correct address at checkout. You may email me if you still have processing days so I can change that for you. If your package was delivered somewhere in your town other than your residence, please contact PostNL

 

Delivered

If your package is marked delivered and it’s not in your mailbox, please contact PostNL - they will get in contact with your mail person to try and locate the package. 

 

Invalid address

If your address doesn’t contain a house number, correct city, town, zip code, you will be contacted via email , text message to get the correct address. If theirs no answer, you will be refunded in 24 hours. If your package gets sent back to us due to invalid address, your order will be refunded - not including shipping
